Help needed! - Cannot zoom jpegs after editing in CS2

Hey there!

Need some help on this one!

1) Started off with RAW conversion and converted into .psd format for editing in CS2.
2) Converted to 8bit and saved a copy as Jpeg after editing.
3) Want to use MS Picture and Fax Viewer. Can view pics but cannot zoom!

How to solve this zooming problem! (I'm I saving it wrongly?)

what dimension?
if you drag and drop into the firefox or IE when mouse over the jpg img is there a '+' sing in the mouse pointer?

Yes there is a plus.

Zooming is available on Firefox though. But I'm curious to why not MS Picture viewer
