last night I have encountered that my Sony Lens - SAL1870 (18-70mm) when i put it to the furthest zoom and then focusing to near object. The fine focus lens will extend until it goes maximum, when it reaches the maximum length you can see from the viewfinder a severe vibration and a loud noise of "ta".
is it normal when the lens was stretch to the max and try to focus near objects?
my dSLR is Sony A200.
