Help for Suntax 928 AFN

I just bought this second hand external flash Suntax 928AFN. I read the leaflet that goes with it but it doesn't explain much.

Does anyone own this flash? Im using a SLR Nikon F65 with it. Can anyone give some tips or give some operational instructions about this unit. How do use this flash in different conditions?
