Help C-3020 Set to B/W & CANNOT get back to Color.

HELP...Have Olympus C-3020, I have somehow set the camera to b/w and cannot set it back to color. I can see the color in the LCD but not when downloaded to a PC.---ANY SUGGESTIONS would be so welcomed.

There should be a setting in the DC's menu to set the color to either color/b&w/sephia.....chk the manual again.
