On that topic, I really pity the front line counter staff at the hospitals.

Been to the hosipital several times for my knee injury; EVERYTIME, there will be patients scolding them for the slow queue. Its not like the counter staff can help it.

Did he have enough faith in our health system to go to our public hospital for his open heart bypass.

why ask such question? he did his surgery in singapore hospital. private or restructured? do not know yet.
