While the camera warranty is still in force, you send it straight to the manufacture. Harvey Norman will not accept it as I recently experienced. But on expiration of the manufacturer warranty, you send your equipment to any Harvey Norman outlet (that's what the sales person told me). I don't think the manufacturer will entertain direct walk ins with HN warranty.
