Handphone lines

Guys ( and ladies ) , i need advice , planning to get a handphone line because currently i am using top up card. Goes flat fast now because of constant incoming calls from customers. There is starhub , M1 , singtel.


I want the cheapest plan , don't wanna burden my parents . btw 16 years old can apply for line?

*with free sms ( less than 200 )
*free incoming
*free outgoing( 80 mins )
*roaming not needed
*caller Id needed
*won't be calling out much.
