Hi,Try going up to Kent Ridge,Just higher up the campus,may have some nice view and background.The carparks behind the campus near Pasir Panjang road.
If you have transport,there's a park nearby on a hill near the famous last stand of malay sargent during world war 2,forgot the name of if. Best to check out the maps to get your bearings.

Why don't you ask your cousin. he/she should be more familiar with NUS and know the area better.

i will ask her when met up her，but when she go in to the hall of the ceremony i need to wait ard 1 n half hour，so i wan walk ard n take some view in the sch
