GR Digital II announced

It's currently hovering around the 1k mark for the camera, depending on what other accessories you're getting together with it. Not much variance from shop to shop it seems.

Its certainly a good camera for its size and control/feature set, but certainly pricey. The Sigma DP1 will be out soon if you want other options, will also be around the GRD2 price if I'm not mistaken.

Get it from Daison $2 shop.
It works for me. Cheap and good. As long you handle it with care.
No need the expensive ones that cost you around $10 to $15+.

Switch to black & white and shot in JPEG.
Ricoh seems to handle black & white very well.

I tried to buy it.. but heard from my local dealer that the GT-1 is delayed in due to some problem...dunno what exactly

Anyone here tried the 21mm wide angle (GW-1) lens for Ricoh GR 2?
Good? Any big difference? I'm thinking of getting it but would love to hear from user first. Thanks.

The wide angle attachment that can fit the GX100 and GRD1/2 has pretty good ratings on the net, check out dpreview.com forums for some user experiences.

I'm looking to swap my Fuji F31fd for the GRD2.

Preferably with wide-angle GW1 and external viewfinder GV2 (this looks better than GV1 i reckon! any technical differences, pls advise!)

So, any disgrunts etc...?
