Good places to get outdoor equipment

Any good stores to recommend for buying outdoor equipment? Mainly looking for apparels.

It might be good to actually think about what kind of 'outdoor equipment/apparel' one might need, and also considering climate, weather at time of year and usage/desired results.

Apparently, not many think of these 'absolutely useless bits of information' even when asking for photographic advise.

He's looking for one that allows him to go from the deepest depths of pacific ocean to the high pressure and cold mountains of Everest. And it should withstand multiple usage in space with own built-in O2 breather and air-conditioner. It has to be light too, at least less than 1 kg, and comes in various colors to suit the wearer's mood.

Last but not least, can find at the market stalls.
