Hi everyone,
I've been mulling over a small problem and maybe you guys can help me out.
Up to now, i've been mostly using a Tamron 28-75 and Sigma 70-200 on a 5D2.
Problem: I don't want to carry and swap two lenses on one body. It takes up space on my bag and it's heavy.
Criteria: Constant f2.8
The tamron is light but it just doesnt have enough "reach".
The sigma covers this problem but doesn't go wider than 70mm.
I did a bit of searching and two lenses caught my attention. A Tokina 50-135 and a Sigma 50-150.
A small gripe:
Tokina loses 15mm in the long range and i think the tripod ring is not removable.
Sigma has serious QC issues(Big gripe) and lenses seems to have orangy tint.
Which lens should i go with? Or is there another manufacturer that produces similar lenses as those two? (I don't think tamron has one).
