My Digihub dry cabinet broke down sometime last week, after searching the purchase receipt, it was bought 4 and a half year ago.
I open out the 3 pin power plug, notice the fuse was blown, but it is 3A fuse instead of 13A fuse, so I call up Digihub on Monday to consult about this issue, Mr Alan suggest I dismantle the power unit and bring to him to diagnosis.
But I carry the whole cabinet to Digihub on Monday morning instead, Mr Alan confirm the problem is a blown fuse, since my unit is older generation, so he suggest that I should leave the cabinet there to run some testing to see is there any other issue, so I left my dry cabinet there.
On Wednesday morning I received a call from Mr Alan, informing me that my dry cabinet is working fine and ready to collect, so I make my way to collect it on the same day early afternoon.
Mr Alan has replace a new dehumidifier unit for me without charge, as he told me that my old dehumidifier unit may not last very long, this is a pleasant surprise to me as this dry cabinet will able to work for many years again. This is a 100L cabinet btw.
