COMPETITION DATE
Entry will open (Open Date to be confirmed) and will close on 3rd September 2012.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entrant must submit their entry with a valid email address and phone number so that we can contact the winner directly. The winner will not be notified via Facebook but will receive an email or phone call to confirm the prize. However if the winner is not able to be reached within 30 days the prize will be forfeited. Along with that, a photo is required as part of the entry. The requirement is that the picture must be of yourself or with your family or friends at either of the following:
At GPT during July & August 2012
At GPT previously (Staying before July 2012)
At Sepang – out and about anywhere except for at another hotel
In front of any big Palm Tree in the world!
JUDGING
The winners will be decided by the Golden Palm Tree Iconic Resort & Spa (GPT) staff and will be based on an internal scoring rank out of 10 based on the use of the following elements (you don’t need all elements!):

Creativity
Humour
Romance
Fun
Food
Activities
BONUS POINTS
There will also be bonus points based on the following:
3 Bonus Points for you in a picture on holiday at GPT in July or August this year
2 Bonus Points for a picture of you in Sepang in July or August this year
1 Bonus Point for a picture of you at the GPT before July 2012
1 Bonus Point for submitting a comment/caption with the picture
Photos submitted for a previous/current stay at GPT will require confirmation of their booking reference number as proof of stay.
QUALIFICATION
This competition is open to residents of all nations aged 18 years or over, except for employees of GPT, Swiss-Belhotel International Hotels & Resorts, and their immediate family.
Multiple entries are permitted via more photo uploads, the more photos the more chances of winning.
COPYRIGHT
Copyright of all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the Competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to Swiss-Belhotel International to feature any or all of the submitted images on their websites, Social Media Pages.
All images used in this competition must be the work of the individual submitting them and own the copyright. It is responsibility of each participant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject (if any) and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
DISQUALIFICATION
Participant agrees to abide by these rules. Judges may disqualify any entrant who does not abide by the rules. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE DETAILS
Prize is not transferrable, redeemable or exchangable for cash and prize is subject to availability at the GPT on your chosen dates. However GPT will endeavor to accommodate your dates where possible. Block out dates may apply over Xmas, New Year and Easter.
