Why don't you gaffer the screen as well so there are no smudges
I got mine for S$10 a roll from Orient Photo at Sim Lim... ain't cheap nor expensive cos I don't know the market price but a roll can basically gaffer up your entire camera from top to bottom and even your whole tripod!:bsmilie: Camo roll @ $15 I think...
Is it really good? I don't know until I start to peel it off when it wears off.

the sides will form residue if it stays there for too long.
or else, the gaffer should be good enough to keep the camera scratch free during all those hussles.
there is nothing much to gaffer on the 1755, probably the hood only.

Skillfully done (even around the nav pad in the center) but is it necessary ? Guess it will peel off pretty soon....then tape again

He seems to only have the black ones, I want to find the camo ones...
it is for some other use. not so much of for the cam.

Eww. Those are terrible to touch and trap dust like a cup holds water. And cameras are definitely not as delicate as iPhones.
Still, Gaffering is like an obsessive-compulsive behaviour to me.
I started Gaffering a little bit of the side of my camera body to prevent scratching.
Then later I started Gaffering a little bit more in front, and a little bit more behind.
Tonight I started Gaffering my lens, over the joint between the UV filter and the front of the lens.
Then I started Gaffering my Lowepro backpacks...
It's simply addictive!
