Full Time manual focus

You can still turn the focus ring after AF focus lock without having to switch from AF to M on the lens. Doing so on a non-fulltime focus lens can spoil the focus motor.

What does full time manual focus means?
Manual focus all the time, without using Camera's Auto Focus. Your eye and hand work together for focus.

fireframe is correct. Often when there are objects in the foreground that are not your main subject, the AF will lock onto those. Full-time manual focus allows you to refocus while maintaining exposure lock and composition, without damaging the AF motor or switching from AF to manual. Further, this feature is usually only available on better quality (read more expensive) lenses.

Exactly, ie. 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5 from D70/D70s kit lens have this feature. 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 from D50 kit lens don't have this feature.
