It would be an excellent photo if not for the group of photographers standing there that spoilt the pic. It distracted the audience eyes away from the subject. Good use of of the pic portraying the old colonial time and the motion flow of the passer-by to illustrate your theme.

This looks like a tricky situation where the photographer need to hide themself. Perhaps shooting infront of the photo frame and avoiding the reflective wall would be an option...
