How to get to Botanical Garden from Yishun?
No taxi, only bus and MRT only?

Take MRT to orchard, then a bus down to SBG. Many buses including 7. Check streetdirectory.com

where is the nearest bus stop to SBG?

If you are going to Tanglin entrance, the bus stop would be outside the Gleneagle Hospital. The other entrance of the Botanical Gardens is at Bukit Timah Road, where you can take bus 171.

Go Bukit Batok MRT and get to the Bus interchange. Take Bus 106 and drop off outside Gleneagle Hospital. I'm going there 10am today.

You can also walk from Orchard MRT to Botanic Gardens. I used to do that a few years ago.
