Vettal stragety might be interesting to certain teams... last lap then pit stop (3.3sec), gain quite a few places, might work for some teams, gain track position while the rest pit to change tyres... it could prove an advantage if one can ease the tyre wear...

I have to agree but not to forget about luck being at the right time and right place to execute the many possible techniques/tactics. It is a gamble actually.
If the safety car is out then the situation would be different/a different ball game.
