Format for TV

Hi everyone, I got a request from a client to do a 30secs video and she intend to use that for TV ads.
Whats the minimum format to deliver to use for Tv , I am using 5Dmark 4.

its best that you check the delivery specs from the station you're delivering to.
Offhand for local stations, delivery specs should be 1080/50i XDCAM MPEG2 HD422 .MXF format.
But for 30sec TV spot, they might just take PRORES 422 or XDCAM HD422 in .MOV format.
