Hie bros and shifus,
Can I ask how do you guys alleviate the strain to the wrist and in particular the fingers after shooting for long? Any tips?
If it's 1 normal day 10hr shoot it's still ok, no problem. Problem is that just last week i was shooting for 3 consecutive days, and somemore one has got 6 hour additional-timing extension (so that's a friggin long 16-17 hour day shoot blur blur until 1AM). The extra $$ is great, but now my wrist and fingers are still arching....its healing and getting better but come to think of it....RSI is no fun should it become an issue and I spend $$$.
I have tried to use as much of my left hand to support, but it seems that my fingers are quite sensitive to grip....that's why the outer parts of my fingers (right hand) are arching. On Monday, I could barely grip my pen and write.
Tips are greatly appreciated....and thanks!
