1. Web design with 6 web pages ......
2. Additional pages - how much per page .....
3. Database program for Admin, Site, Browsing, etc...
4. Website Monthly Maintenance ....

and what are the things that I must be extra careful for .....

my company paid ard S$1.5K recently for our website design, contains abt 6 to 7 pages of company profile, product introduction etc. Stock photos used and web hosting services are extras...

It largely depends on the time spent and level of complexity. Of course, designers with better portfolios cost more.

there are lots of free 5 pages on the market right now, however things don't come free..

If you are interested can PM me. I have been in this business for 3.5 years.

do consider having "meta tags", it shows untitled document on each browser.

yah u're right... gotta get that changed. Hee... now very very busy period for us, a lot of projects on hand. :sweat:
