Agreed. Too much PP on the face. A bit too fake.

For the 1st picture you might wanna watch the angle you are using. Doesnt seem to flattter her looks at the angle you were shooting at.

Also the flash seems fired head on. Perhaps try diffused lighting or bounce card?
