hi guys;
just got my D60 during the IT show...
so as a newbie here... would like to ask from the pros...
what flash unit is recommended if my theme is wedding...
eyeing the sb-400... any other 3rd party flash is recommended...
or should get the sb-800??? :dunno: :dunno:
thanx all

rgds..

wedding shots, a SB600 or 800 would be better suited, more creative light bounce and further throw range.

refresh rate a sb600 would be good enough, those hall with high ceiling as long not super high the 600 and 800 be able to light up your shots. add a little bounce with bounce card will give your photo more light.

I was in the same situation as u are... but since u already say wedding.. then its either the SB600 or SB800 liao.

SB400 I got one.. and it is good to be used as a filled flash in a low ceiling HDB.. and somewhat good lighting outdoors with a bounce card.

For events.. its better to go with the higher power SB600 or get the best there is SB800 to save u the trouble of upgrading (which I am in now) or to allow external battery power for long lasting.

Take note that wedding event is normally whole day event.. so power to ur flash is very important.

thanx for the tips bros..
guess will survey the sb-600 as the sb-800 is a bit steep for me lah..
at nikon website they wrote to use lithium batt... thats ex...
