Fisheye on 10D

Tried out the Sigma 15 fisheye to see if I can get a wider angle image than possible with normal lenses.

I used Panorama Tools to correct the images.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of not taking a few shots with the Sigma 15-30 which I also tried at the same time. Otherwise we could have some comparison shots on which can go wider.

Anyone know what 'diagonal' fisheye means? How is the Sigma lens different from the Canon fisheye?

u won't see much distortion with Sigma 15-30

i think i'll have to go down to one of the shops to do a comparison again. can't really tell if the fisheye goes wider...

btw, the fisheye costs $660 at AP.
