First Try at close ups...Orchids

Took close up of these orchids in Botanical Gardens with my Olympus SP320 in macro mode. My first try...do hope for some comments from all. Want to learn more and improve. Thanks in advance.

Composition wise is fine. Seems to me the pictures are not sharp. focus ?

Used in built macro mode.

PaMy focal point was at the center of the flower,hence the foreground may be out of focus? Or was it that the picture in general was out of focus? Pls advise. Thanks!
