Deduction of cause:
1) Kids playing with candles and left before putting them out. Likely to be candles from the recently concluded autumn festival
2) Delinquents smoking at the playground and left their lit butts behind.
3) A stray butt thrown from the floors above, landed on tissue or newspaper that was left behind.
Well, for all we know, it cld have jez been a spontaneous combustion... :dunno:
