If budget ard $650, can buy the Minolta Dual Scan IV. quite good for money. Hpwever, it dun have ICE features.

'Took over' a used Nikon Coolscan IV from a friendly CSer (Samuel); liked the scanned results. Digital ICE, and other propriety enhancements help to shorten the editing needs.
