Interesting comparison between *ist and K1000 (analog FF :) )

I'd used to think APS-C would be the same as FF if the equivalent focal length was used, but with the above thread, I find the compositional aspects of FF seems better. With that I mean, the background coverage and/or the bokeh seems better for the same focal length. The APS-C shots seem to be still too detailed for the background vs FF.

FF is always been better, thats why i always say my next camera will be FF... there is always a reason... nothing to show off about owning a FF cam, just a matter of wanting better IQ...

APC still has its advantage especially longer reach and further working distance for macro...using the sweet spot of all lenses, smaller lenses, smaller body, cheaper etc and the list goes on... else FF is better... simple as that... will APC 1 day be as good as FF in terms of IQ, ISO, answer is yes, but for bokeh is no...

Actually that's a meaningless comparison imo.
Differing format size = differing field of view and DOF.
Old 6 megapixel sensor... different lens used... so what's the point
The comparison should be digital FF vs APS-C... not film vs digital
