Fake D90

Ok to check if your D90 is a genuine copy from Nikon,

you remove the D90 plate and see if it says 40D or 50D behind.

Then there is a sticker below that says Nikon, you remove and see if there is Canon sticker below.

Lastly you shoot some pictures and then upload and read the Exif data and see if it says shot on Nikon D90 or Nokia 3210.

One way to fake a d90 is to take a d80 body then alter the number 8 to 9 :bsmilie:
