Depends on what taste you like.

Honey mustard sounds nice, and so does tatar sauce with dried basil or even fresh basil cos fresh one offers a nice contrast to the heavy tatar. Also good old vinegar and salt, or lemon juice and salt, with a hint of black pepper. Of course, if you do like chili sauce, can always try different chilli sauces. Try adding just a hint of vinegar to the chilli sauce, together with some chopped cilantro or even English parseley. You want sommor suggestions? ORRRR,,,,,if you're really feeling like pampering yourself, just sautee a nice double cream sauce with white wine (the alcohol burns off so it's not alcoholic anymore) and add some fresh chopped herbs and small cubes of raw crunchy Kyuri (Jap cucumber).

fwah all very nais sauces :D

Don't limit your imagination ... always be open to new ideas where food is concerned, but it helps to know food basics so that pairing and matching or contrasting is easy. Also, I happen to love tyoical chilli sauce! But i always add something in ... just to give it a bit of 'lift' from the ordinary! ;)
