I was considering a DVD burner, but finally i bought another fast CDRW drive, so cheap!! I think now the price for a DVD writer is still quite high, and formats are confusing. I'd rather stick on CD first and upgrade in the next year.

However looking at the specs... isn't that impressive after all. Especially with such a high capacity disc... write speed for DVD is still 2 to 4 x... and CD only 24x?? Yes... we should all wait and see, like what Wai said.
