got some blur...

I dont think the blur is the problem... but rather the framing. There's too many distracting stuff around. So unfortunately, maybe the solution is to...
1. Crop it to a portrait orientation with only the Euro Wheel.
2. Reshoot from a better angle, conventionally closer from bottom or further & the wheel perpendicular to the camera...
Dont think it's lack of tripod thats the problem, experiment around with different angles, effects... I remember a CSers who took nice HK night landscapes handheld... =)
