Error Copying/Moving File ~ Invalid MS-DOS Function

Good day,

When I tried to copy/move a video file from my VCD (AVSEQ01.Dat) to my hard drive, I am hit with the above message. It happens to some of my VCDs. I also cannot "play/open" them using VLC.

No problem playing them over a dedicated VCD/DVD (deck) player though.

I am using Windows XP.

P.S. This happens to some VCDs; some are OK.

Anyone help please? Thank you.
