Equalizing RAW Exposures in photoshop ?

Say I took 20 shots over an hour.
Due to gradual change in lighting, the last photo ended up about a stop different from the first.
Is there a way that I can batch equalize all exposures selecting one of them as the reference ?

Seems like there is no option except paid plugins

how is your copy ? My friend tried and there is still some residual flickering. I was thinking either that or GBdeflicker.
And of course I was hoping if something can be done at the RAW stage before getting it processed through these plugins

Well I don't have such a huge disparity in my shots. So it works fine for me. :)
