Nice shot. My comments:
- The JPEG compression artifacts are very obvious. Try to use a higher quality level setting to do the compression.
- Try adding some softening effect in PS, and warm up the tone a little.

There is no compression artifacts in my original jpeg. Unfortunately, this free photo hosting have a mind of it's own and decide to do it's own compression on my photo which results in all those undesirable artifacts.
I doubt there's any need to touch up this picture (at least not on this flawed version) just yet. Maybe I'll try to post the original scan to another hosting that hopefully doesn't try to compress it again.
