Don"t know what thread is this adaptor

Recently I got a reverse adaptor for macro
One end of the adaptor lock onto the camera body and the other end is threaded internally.
I use my kit lens 18-55 . This lens has internal filter thread of 58.
The camera reversal adaptor the thread not state or print on the adaptor.
I try a 58 it is loose.
I try a 62 it cannot sit in.
Is there in between thread between 58 and 62?

Something not right in your description.
One end of the adaptor lock onto the camera body and the other end should be threaded [b}externally[/b]
62mm is way too large. If 58mm is loose, should look for 55mm or 52mm filter size lens.

Maybe u can post the photo of the adapter, and also use a ruler to measure the diameter of both ends to see what's the exact size.
