the signboard seems out of place here. otherwise, it's a good idea to keep the proportion of the dining furniture small in the frame to emphasize the environment.

i like the picture, the composition is ok (although a little higher horizon would be desirable), the subject is good. however the lighting is flat and uninteresting. perhaps the colourful sky of the evening would have created a better effect.

The signboard is fighting with your subject.
Probably doing without the signboard would be better.
