Digital Medium Format for Landscape Photography?

Hi,

just wondering anyone using Digital Medium Format cameras for landscape photography? If so, is the Hasselblad H3D good for the job or a Mamiya 645 AFDII with Leaf digital back?

It seems like film is still the best for landscape photography especially for sunrise/sunset shots.

Also, is 35mm digital SLRs good for landscape shots as well?

Please comment as I'm thinking of whether to make the switch from film.
