December 6th Sunday Micro Outing - Sunrises

Thank you JK for organizing this so call micro outing despite of very busy. It is very nice to keep this to help maintain the activities of the small Pentax community. So I will try to join whenever possible and do hope others do join to make the next outing grow larger (to at least mini level rather than only micro like this time).

JK, Marcus, Cheong, Joe, Greg: nice to meet you all today and having a fun chit-chat section after shooting. Do share your photos rather than keep it for yourselves only, lor!

Let's me start the thread although each of us might have only few shots to share due to the short timing at only one shooting spot. Sorry, I don't have any Digital Pentax body left but still be a loyal Pentaxians

Thanks for the support for the outings despite your tight schedule.
Yes, I think it might be easier to have mini outings and some empowerment to all members here to be able to just ask fellow photo friends along to shoot rather than wait for formal outings.
So anyone, if you are going out to shoot anyway, even ad-hoc, just give a hail here in the forums.

The sunrise shoots tend to favor this sort of faster 'hit and run' outings too, imo.


Formal outings will be ON as usual of course, just that this month might be too tight for me to get one done.

I really enjoyed yesterdays shoot.
Sunrise was wonderful and easy breakfast at the coffee shop below.
Always enjoy keeping in touch with all of you.
Then a quick ride back home and still be able to attend to the kids.

Was running at east coast park when the Sun came up, the sky looked fantastic, really made the run a lot easier. Pity I didn't do well due to an old wound in upper left leg, but I'm glad I still managed to reach the finishing line

Too bad you could not join us, its so near your place.

The competitive racers were real fast. We were packing up at 7am, and the first runner had already reached this location.

Yes, those guys are like super men/women, can't compete. Hope I'd be able to at least join you guys once. Will be out for a one week oversea trip from the coming Sat., then it'd be Christmas week...
