Hi guys, I just bought a D7000 Kit from John 3:16.

It's my first DSLR, and don't worry, I've been reading up and tested out my friend's D3000 beforehand, just to get a feel of a DSLR.

Hi All,

I am really interested in the D7000

Was actually thinking to get one from Akihabara in Japan (appx SGD1550) when I was there, but for another SGD150 more I rather have peace of mind, especially since anything above SGD888 for me is worth getting a local warranty

Now I am considering after seeing the price from DDelectronic for their dual lens kit for SGD2400ish ... wonder is it any good?

I read from some forums it is better to get the Body alone and purchase another lens separately.

If so can anyone recommend a good lense around 18mm-85mm AF (27mm-127mm in 35mm eq).
