Is there a way to turn on/off the lateral chromatic aberration correction? I can't seem to find it in the menu. Have I missed out something?

I scan the entire manual also dont find anything. :dunno:

That's why.. :dunno: Or is that function only available on the D300? I remembered someone posted something comparing the results with lateral CA on and off. I can't remember if it's D3 or D300.

anybody have any recommendation for screen protectors for this baby? my screen is getting fudged up.

There seem to be provision for some catch, so it might be possible that a BM-xx plastic protector might be available some time soon?

The Nikon rep came in this morning to intro the latest product

By then my screen will probably be "mo peng" already

Bjorn said the screen on the back seems to be made of tempered glass - he said he tried to make a scratch on it with a knife and couldn't make a scratch - so someone suggested he use a diamond ;p

Let's go offline as MO here is not allowed. ;)

Sorry for the OT. :embrass:

I should have try it during the JBP outing. ;)

Does anyone know how much is the LCD screen cost? :dunno:

Hi

Not too sure if any of the bros or sis had this...

I shoot with my 28-70mm f 2.8 and i get serious purple fringing...

My subject was in front of a table lamp, shot at iso 1600, 50mm, f 5.6.

Perhaps showing the picture here with the details like speed, WB, etc will allow members here to give more accurate comments

Can anyone tell me what is the buffer size for taking RAW? Cannot find it in most of the spec.

Pic taken with D3, Nikon 28-70mm f2.8
ISO 1400, AWB, Shutter Speed 1/30, Aperture f2.8.
Pay attention to the Right hand. Purple Fringing is noted.

Any idea why? Lens fault... not digital lens?
