For 2012 ..... PhotoMalaysia have been busy putting together Crossing Bridges 9 this Year to showcase West Malaysia like you have NEVER seen before.
Crossing Bridges is an annual photography shooting, friend-making, networking outing lasting 7 intense days among photography communities around the region :

This is a non-profit gathering (cost will be announced when ready) to make it affordable for participants of most financial backgrounds to participate. The trip participants are a healthy mix of males and females with a passion for NOT ONLY photography BUT ALSO networking amongst photographers from different countries
CRITERIA for joining Crossing Bridges
- MINIMUM 6 months history at Clubsnap with a healthy history of forum participation and contributions
- NO Girlfriends, Boyfriends, Husbands, Wives and/or children tagging along for a holiday ...... ONLY YOU
- NO halfway join or halfway have to go back home
- ABLE to go with LITTLE or NO SLEEP for a WEEK
- EARLY morning wake-ups (and I do mean EARLY ha ha)
- and STILL have a strong sense of humor and a spirit of give and take
Over the last 8 editions of Crossing Bridges from 2004, I believe many participants have returned from this trip educated, enriched and with alot more friends from around the region. Some Crossing Bridges alumini have grown and matured to successful working photographers ..... you guys know who you are
This year's trip kicks off in Kuala Lumpur on SUNDAY 26 August and ends on SATURDAY 1 SEPTEMBER
So.... if you believe that this 1-week experience (some call it an ordeal) is something you want to be part of and you fit the criteria
do put your names down for CONSIDERATION
THIS IS NOT A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED LIST and as in EVERY year ...... difficult decisions will need to be made on who makes the team because slots per country are limited to 15 each year and are usually a mix of first-timers and past repeat participants
Trip Itinerary will be made available in a week or 2 . Those of you who have attended previous Crossing Bridges trips should have confidence on the quality of hardwork and planning that goes into making this yearly event such a success, should be able to vouch for the uniqueness of a Crossing Bridges itinerary
