Correct camera and flash handling - 3 Sept Marina MBS 12noon to 3pm

This session will be about correct handling and usage of your camera.

Issues touched on :

A few tips on the upcoming Canon Photomarathon the week after.
A few ideas on the use of costumes, props and roleplay in winning contests.

Specific focus points to ensure correct focus for portraits.
How to ensure a correct focus without looking at the viewfinder or liveview.
How to ensure correct focus for moving shots.
Avoiding unnecessary camera and subject movement.

How to avoid camera and flash damage.
How to use on-camera flash or top mounted flashes correctly
and ways to solve lighting issues.

Examples of off-camera flash or strobist styles that I teach about.

Wireless triggers ( optional )

Time : 12noon to 3pm
Location : Marina Bay Sands basement Rasapura foodcourt between toilet and skating rink
Later we will move to the bridge level directly above to do the training.
