having a shop front will be good, but there is also cheaper alternative as i dont need a studio. the running cost is the main deciding factor.

Lately, there's been clients asking for on-the-spot printing.

And the trend of 'Live' photography is some premium to add to your packages. If it's something that can make your deals more sweet, why not?

Like the recent influx of 3D photo montage, now I'm counting my lucky stars as it just sweeten most of my deals.

it is not that easy unless u have additional manpower to manage the printing and such.
