cannot... the computer will auto decide n divide the teams.

then either we stick to 2 divs.. delete some inactive teams

or make it 3 divs of 10 teams each

or 3 divs of 8 teams each ?

we now only have 27 teams.

14 in the Ultimate n 13 in the div.1.

5 teams in div.1 are inactive

and 1 team in ultimate is inACtive.

tat makes it a total of 6 teams.
