Cleaning of Lens and Sensor

I'm a newbie and have some basic question...

1) How often do you all clean the lens and camera sensor?
2) What do you all use to clean them? Lenspen?

1) How often do you all clean the lens and camera sensor?
Len interior - Never(I don't know how to do it anyway) , unless I see fungus or dirt and it is appearing in my photos.
Lens exterior - As and when it is dirty

Sensor - As and when it is dirty

2) What do you all use to clean them? Lenspen?
Exterior Lens surface - Blower, Lenspen, lens tissue. When I am desperate - T-shirt :sweatsm:

Sensor - Sensor swab and eclipse solution

I just mount a UV filter permanently on the lens. Only clean filter.

Camera sensor... If I am using olympus system, never. If using other system, when I can see obvious dust spots a f8.
