I've been wondering, if what common settings people use when they shoot weddings? do they have there own custom settings....

Every photog will have their own preferences. Many will just shoot in manual or aperture mode, or shoot in RAW to process later, or shoot in JPEG/full auto for the "on the spot" photos, etc.

You need to find out what settings appeal to you and the style you want to have.
