It's actually a 6 shot HDR pano stitch. Shot portrait with the 14-24 n d700

How did you manage to get a shot of the millennium bean so free of people? It was so crowded when I tried...
Nice

Hi Hougangman, it was a combination of me being able to wake up early and the location of the hotel (Palmer Hilton) i stayed it.
The shot was taken roughly around 745am? On July 4th. So probably before the tourists arrive by the bus loads. The reason why i
could do this was because my hotel was a 5-10min walk away from the bean... hee ... lucky me right? Too bad when i went for night shots of
the bean, the police cordoned off the area and shouted "the park is closed!!!" so i didn't manage to get the shot. Else would have a shot of the
bean with "red/blue/white" buildings in the background, since it was July 4th weekend, and many buildings were showing their "patriotism" for the US.
