CEX 2012 Malaysia

Went to the CEX 2012 today with my little Fujifilm X100

First thing first, I made a few serious mistakes when taking these photos.. (it was an impromptu decision to join the "photo contest")

first mistake: white balance was off because of uneven lighting (some areas were covered with yellow spot light)

Second mistake: underestimate the speed of models walking the cat walk

Third mistake: wrong metering choice caused models to overexpose (I changed from multi to spot)

Fourth mistake: I forgot to switch back the exposure compensation from +1 to 0 (as we shot from angles to angles)

with a focal length of 23mm (35mm equivalent), most of shots were taken as if they were shot from wide angle.. models too could not be bothered to look at my tiny camera

x100 is damn sharp! my photos were only cropped and resize (too poor to use photoshop)
