what happen to carry speed. wanted to check some details of their products.

BR filed a lawsuit against CS around Jan 2013, was granted a permanent injunction around June 2013. Compliance with the permanent injunction must have required them to shut down the site.

In accordance with this Court’s Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Entry of Default Judgment, the Court hereby orders judgment in favor of Plaintiff Black Rapids, Inc. ("Black Rapids") against Defendant Millionway International, Inc. ("Millionway"). The Court also orders a permanent injunction enjoining Millionway, its agents, servants, employees and all persons acting under their permission and authority, from infringing United States Patent No. 8,047,729 ("729 Patent") by making, using, selling, offering to sell, or importing any infringing product manufactured, used, sold, offered for sale, or imported by Defendant, and from inducing others to do the same. This injunction is effective as of the date of this default judgment and continues until the expiration the '729 Patent."

There are some write-up on the WWW relating it to patent infringement.
Design differences may not entirely indicate that there are no patent infringement.

It depeon what patent did BR submit for. A patent can be for any part of a product

I rem some local shops are selling CS straps. So now, they can't sell?

If you read this link I posted you'll know why.

Here's a link to the patent BR filed in 2010.

My very limited understanding is that patents are territorial in nature. It's unlikely that the permanent injunction is enforceable internationally. It doesn't look like it's retroactive either. My guess is that BR would have to register their patents here, and/or file a suit here as well if they wish to pursue goods that were already exported before the judgement. Given the small market, I doubt they'll bother with SG shops selling existing stock they might have on hand.
